Why is my dashboard balance zero after linking the bank?

Bank transactions can take a few hours to sync the first time after connecting via Akahu.

If your balance shows zero or no transactions appear straight after connecting:

1. Wait around 30 minutes to a few hours for the initial sync
2. Go to Money > Summary
3. Click Sync to force a refresh
4. Check your account is set to Business under sync preferences
5. Confirm the transaction start date is sensible (not in the future)

If transactions still do not appear after a few hours, message live chat with your account details and the team can check the feed status.
