Afirmo saves invoice items as reusable products or services so descriptions, prices and accounting categories can be applied consistently. This reduces repeated data entry and helps reports use consistent information.

Create a useful general service item when work varies from invoice to invoice, then edit the description and amount on the invoice where the current screen allows it. Review or archive items that are no longer used. Do not create duplicate items simply because a description changes for one sale.
