What to expect from your Afirmo onboarding

Onboarding is the period between signing up and being fully set up to use Afirmo as your tax and accounting tool.

It usually covers:

  • Confirming your plan and billing
  • Setting up your Tax Agency Authority so Afirmo can act as your tax agent with IRD
  • Connecting your bank accounts via Akahu
  • If applicable, migrating data from your old provider (Xero, MYOB, Hnry)
  • A free one-on-one onboarding session with Afirmo's onboarding specialist

You will receive a welcome email with your next steps. The onboarding session is included in your plan and is a great way to get up and running quickly.
