What is in the onboarding email I'll receive?

After you sign up and your plan is activated, you receive an onboarding email from the Afirmo team. It covers:

• Plan confirmation - the plan you selected, billing cadence, and what's included
• Tax Agency Authority - the steps to set this up so Afirmo can act as your tax agent
• Bank account connection - reminder to link your accounts via Akahu
• Migration steps - if you are moving from Xero, MYOB, or Hnry, the email includes the specific invite instructions
• Past returns - if there are historical returns to file, the email lists them with prices
• Onboarding session booking - link to book your free one-on-one session with the team
• Live chat hours - so you know when to expect a response
• Numbered next steps - the actions you need to take, in order

The tax team is CC'd into this email so they are across your setup from day one. Keep it handy as a reference.
