What bank accounts should I link to Afirmo?

Link any bank account you use for business activity. Most small businesses run with a setup like:

• Main income account - where customer payments land
• Tax/GST savings account - where you set aside funds for IRD bills
• Expense / spending account - for day-to-day costs (often the same as main)
• Personal account (optional) - link if you sometimes pay business expenses from it; mark transactions as Personal otherwise

For each linked account, set the account use under Money > Summary:

• Business - feeds into your P&L and tax reports
• Business with personal - mixed account, you mark personal items individually
• Personal - stays out of business reports unless you specifically code an item to the business
