Shareholder and director changes

Changes to directors, shareholders, share allocations or company records must be completed accurately and recorded with the Companies Register where required. Consent, identity and supporting company records may also be needed.

Afirmo's shareholder agreement and constitution bundle is $450 plus GST. Other company-administration, legal or tax work may need separate scoping. Confirm the required work and price before proceeding.
