Open the current Income Tax or Tax Allowances area and enter the home-office information requested by Afirmo. Keep the measurements, cost records and calculation supporting the amount.

For the 2025-26 income year, Inland Revenue's square-metre rate is $57.30 per square metre for the prescribed utilities component. Rent, rates and mortgage interest are handled separately under that method. Confirm whether the individual or company incurred the cost before claiming it.
