Setting up late fees on invoices

Afirmo does not currently provide automatic invoice late fees or automated payment reminders. Do not rely on an automatic setting to add late fees or chase an overdue invoice.

You can use Afirmo's invoice and aged-debtors information to monitor what customers owe. Agree any late-fee terms with customers separately and seek advice if you need help with the legal wording or enforcement of those terms.
