Restoring deleted documents and pages

Afirmo runs nightly backups across the platform. If you accidentally delete a document, an invoice, a customer, or a website page (Web Builder), it can usually be recovered.

To request a restore:

1. Message live chat
2. Tell the team what was deleted and roughly when
3. The team checks the relevant backup and restores

Restores from up to 30 days in the past are usually possible. Older than that, it depends on the data type.
