Is Afirmo right for rental property owners?

Afirmo may support rental-property accounting, but the correct setup depends on who owns the property, the entity structure, GST treatment, financing and the other activity in the organisation.

A separate property entity may need its own Afirmo organisation. A 15% discount applies to every additional organisation after the first unless a larger discount replaces it. Tax treatment and deductibility must be reviewed for the owner's circumstances.
