How will I know when my tax return is ready to approve?

When your return is ready, Afirmo will ask you to review it before filing.

Check:

• the taxpayer or entity and the income year;
• the income included in the return;
• the expenses, deductions and adjustments;
• the taxable income; and
• the expected tax to pay or refund.

If the information is correct, approve the return through the Afirmo app. If something is missing or incorrect, do not approve it. Send the issue to the Afirmo tax team so the return can be reviewed again.

After you approve the return, an Afirmo accountant submits it to Inland Revenue. Afirmo will confirm when filing is complete.
