How to cancel your Afirmo subscription

For a paid subscription:

1. Open the account or profile menu.

2. Go to Account > Subscription & Billing.

3. Find the subscription in the table.

4. Review its plan, billing cadence, renewal date and status.

5. Select Cancel and carefully review the information shown before confirming anything.

Every paid Afirmo plan has a 12-month commitment, including plans billed monthly. Cancellation does not automatically mean that any remaining commitment or payment obligation is removed. The outcome depends on the subscription terms and the account's circumstances.
