Afirmo's category AI learns from your past reconciliations and the patterns across other businesses similar to yours.

When a new transaction comes in, the AI suggests a category based on:

• How you have categorised similar transactions before
• The merchant name and any reference details
• Patterns from other Afirmo customers with similar business types

You can accept the suggestion in one click or change it. Every save teaches the system, so accuracy improves the more you use it. For high-volume customers, this saves a meaningful amount of time over the year.
