How do I upload a new document to the Document Vault?

On the main menu, click on the Documents and then select My Documents


The Document Vault screen will appear.


Click on the Choose File button in the Upload new document box


Use the search window to find the document you want to upload to the Document Vault


When you have found the document you want to upload, double click on it to make it shows in the File name: box. Then click on the Open button


The document will appear in the Document Vault, Upload new document box


Complete the three fields with information that will help you identify your document in future. Document Title, Document Short Description and Document Category


Click Upload now once you have finished.

Your uploaded document will show in the Document Vault
