How do I register a new domain name?
On the main menu, click on Marketing and then select Domain Names

Scroll down to Register your domain name. You can click on the Get Started+ or you can start typing your preferred domain name into the search bar

When you use the search bar, you automatically move to the next Register new domain name screen to see if your preferred domain name is available and what the cost is.

NB Afirmo currently offer .co.nz, .nz, .com and .net domain extensions
NB Choose a name that is close to your business name or brand, not too long, easy to pronounce and spell, avoid hyphens and numbers NB If you business website is important, consider buying the other extensions to protect your business identity. e.g. if someone searches afirmo.com OR afirmo.co.nz OR afirmo.nz they can be redirected to the main website OR simply not connect but they are all owned by Afirmo. This means no-one else could set up a domain/website with the same company/business name.
In the this example, I have searched for mybussinessname and the results show that the .com has already been purchased but the other extensions are available to be purchased

Click on Add to Cart if you wish to buy one or more of the domain names. In this example, I have selected the .co.nz and the .nz

NB In the top right, you will see My cart is now showing 2
When you have finished selecting the domains to purchase, click on the My cart

You can buy the domain(s) for 1 year or use the dropdown menu to select 2 or 3 years

When you are ready to proceed, click on the Checkout button
If you have failed to add your details to the Profile page, you will be prompted to add them now. These are compulsory requirements when buying any domain name

If your details are already added, you will be taken to the My Cart / Checkout screen If you are ready to proceed to the payment stage, click Confirm & Make Payment button
