How do I create a quote for a customer?
In the Main menu, click on Sales and select Quotes

Click on + CREATE NEW QUOTE

Complete the required fields

NB You cannot save a draft until you have filled in all of the required fields NB The Terms & Conditions field and Notes field can be added/updated for each quote you create
Click SAVE DRAFT when you are ready
The saved Quote is now in Quotes
You can email the quote to your customer using the SEND button

You can edit the template email or add additional email addresses. You can also send a copy of the quote to yourself

Once you have emailed the Quote, the details will change to show MARK AS ACCEPTED as an option

Your customer will receive an email with the Quote attached as a .pdf

The main Quotes page will show a change of Status from DRAFT to AWAIT_APPROVAL

Once your customer accepts your Quote, you can edit and click the MARK AS ACCEPTED button

NB You can click the CREATE INVOICE button to convert the quote to an invoice at this point
